We are required by the Data Protection Act 1998 and forthcoming General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to ensure that all personal information held is accurate, up to date and is not held for longer than is necessary. Therefore, this notice is intended to inform you that we hold certain information.

 

Here at Blackhorse Residents Association the data we hold is only used for the purpose of contacting our residents, in regards to collecting subscriptions, delivering newsletters, and replying to you via email, letter or phone.

 

To deal with requests that require us to look into any issue you raise or in relation to the AGM, Quiz Night, Summer and Winter outings and other events. We do not pass on any of your details to a third-party unless authorised by you, your information is not used by us for marketing purposes other than to distribute the BHRA newsletter.
